Saturday Venue Rental: $4800 ($5800 peak*)
Sunday Rental: $3800 ($4800 peak*)
*Peak season is April, May and October. Special pricing for weekdays and micro weddings

• Includes two getting ready areas, the Victorian Cottage, with full kitchen, dining and living area,and the Barn Loft with billiards, games and tv for game days. 12:00 noon access to both, (1:00 pm on Sundays)

• Saturday venue access starts at 12:00 noon, Sunday at 1:00 pm for vendor deliveries and set-up

• We have vintage wood chairs for your ceremony on the water for up to 150 guests

• Your reception will be set-up in the 1849 Mill, the covered patio and surrounding outdoor spaces. We provide all tables and farmhouse cross back chairs

• Bring in your own alcohol, a huge savings

• Our wedding coordinator will create a timeline, coordinate your vendors, direct your rehearsal and oversee your event to ensure your day is as perfect as you envisioned: $1200

• Victorian Cottage on-site sleeps up to 10: $850 per night
