A working gristmill and settlement in the mid 1800’s, Yarborough Mill has been lovingly restored and transformed into a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue.
The rustic architecture, historical nature of the property and small river winding through the venue all combine to create a beautiful outdoor setting for your wedding.
Indoor/ Outdoor Receptions
After the ceremony, you and your guests will enjoy meandering the grounds that create a small village feel as you walk by the old general store and 1849 barn where mail was once delivered by horseback.
Enjoy cocktail hour outside under the massive oak tree or on the festive covered patio. The Mill, with soaring 25-foot ceilings and open-air ambiance, is ideal for your dinner and celebration, with plenty of adjoining outdoor spaces.

“This venue is family owned and operated and absolutely gorgeous! It’s perfect if you are looking for a rustic venue near Atlanta, Georgia. It is located about 1 hour north of Atlanta and there are a variety of hotels nearby. This venue has a Mill, Barn, and old Victorian house located on a stream. The attic of the Barn has a gorgeous honeymoon suite that opens up to the scenic property. They allow you to bring your own caterer and alcohol and is great for a DIY bride. Our ceremony was outside by the stream and our reception was in the Mill. It was a perfect day and we are so happy that we choose Yarborough Mill. All of our guests loved it and complimented the beauty of the grounds.”
